We were searching for a new home from a thousand miles away. Found something on Zillow that caught our eye. Called the local number on Zillow, Joanne picked up. (We had no plans of going with a random agent). Right from the start she was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful at directing us to different areas. After many phone conversations and a weekend visit, she got to know us. Even when we felt discouraged she always had encouraging words and said be patient. Once we found our new home, she made sure we secured it so we wouldn’t miss the home of our dreams. She is an amazing realtor, we are so blessed that Joanne picked that phone up! Bob and Laurie

Joanne was an absolute blessing to us! I would recommend her 10/10! It did not hurt that us New Yorkers were able to stick together through this very confusing process! Joanne was perfect for us because she could intuitively know when we felt unsure about something the mortgage people, attorneys, inspectors, or anyone else said or asked. Joanne was extremely knowledgeable with the real estate process. She was always available to answer questions wether it was a weekend, holiday, morning or night. She got all the information we asked for in a timely manor and video toured several condos for us. I highly recommend here. I met her as a real estate agent but feel I left with a friend.

We were so fortunate to have found Joanne when we purchased our second home in Surfside. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right property in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Raleigh to look at homes over several months and was even willing to give us zoom tours remotely. In short, she was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible.
